Couche-Tard wil Nederlandse TotalEnergies-stations overnemen
Petrol – De Canadese convenience store operator Alimentation Couche-Tard is met de Franse energiemaatschappij TotalEnergies in gesprek om de tankstationlocaties in Nederland en Duitsland over te nemen. Het zou om een bedrag gaan 3,3 miljard US-dollar (3,1 miljard euro).
