Hametha (De Haan) koopt Belgische tankstations Maes

Buitenland – In alle stilte heeft het Nederlandse familiebedrijf Hametha het Belgische familiebedrijf Maes overgenomen. Beide bedrijven exploiteren tankstations. Bij Maes gaat om zo’n 300 tankstations, waarvan 24 locaties een shopconcept hebben onder de naam l’Unique.
